| Casa da Luz is a particular centenary house, with a typical regional architecture, with Arabian influence, completely renovated and restored in 1999, to cater for 10 pax maximum, strictly furnished and entirely equipped, to offer you a very pleasant holidays, and is located in the historic centre of Albufeira, above the well known tunnel, dug in the rock and that gives you access to the beach. Composed of 3 double bed bedrooms, with individual soumiers (6 pax); a bedroom for teenagers with 4 comfortable bunkers (4 pax); a sofa bed in the lounge. It has two bathrooms and another in the back-yard. A large lounge with TV and Hi-Fi. A sitting-room for Dining. A modern kitchen well equipped. back-yard with small jacuzzi-swimming pool, barbecue, sunshades, tables and chairs. A house with 50 m2, with a second fridge and washing machine. Solarium with 50 m2, with settees. The house has an ample and a very extensive central corridor. The house is not provided with gas, the electric appliances work with electricity. The house has tall walls offering you privacy. As the walls have 70 cm of density, the house is cold in summer and hot in winter. |
